Some basics


TABATA
On simple words TABATA is 20 sec go as hard as you can and then rest 10 sec, repeat for the same exercise 8 sets, rest a minute and start again with a different exercise. The most important thing is to give everything you got, if not don’t even bother. Also you can get an app for your smart phone that can alert you for the time.

For twenty seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercise as you can - then rest 10 seconds.
Repeat this seven more times for a total of 8 intervals, 4 minutes total exercise.
The score is the least number of reps for any of the eight intervals.”
