First Post


I’m creating this Blog to help Friends and any person achieve a better method of training and form of life. I will post my morning work outs daily for the people to have something fresh and fun to work out. If I could recommend some equipment to follow this work outs the first will be definitely be a jump rope or a speed rope would be even better. I will give tips and trips to newbie’s and will tell you guys if you need any other equipment on the way. Also I would like to keep this WOD’s as simple as possible always high intensity interval work outs but in an average time from 5 to 20 minutes. Hope to see comments and guys track your progress, weight and measure before you start, take a picture of yourself and keep it on the fridge so that you can think twice what you are going to eat.
