Side to side hops 30
Jumping jacks 30 sec

If this is the first time you do a tabata keep in mind going all out every on every 20 sec.
Tabata is 20 sec work and 10 sec rest for 8 sets. After each 8 set rest a min and start with the next exercise. You can get an app free for your smartphone, interval trainer.

Tabata goblet squat (grab something around 30 to 50 lb)
Tabata Plank
Tabata  Jump rope
