About 90% of getting really ripped is food and making it a habit. Most people to lose weight starve to death seriously guys that doesn’t work you body knows when you are starving him, so he stores whatever you eat as fat to fuel it when you don’t give him food. Instead you must feed him constantly to keep your metabolism working and burning fat all day.  Try it for a month  eat 6 time a day and please try to keep your caloric intake in every meal from 2oo to 500 calories, also the ratio of what you should eat is Protein 34% Carbs 57% and Fat 10% this will be the clue to getting ripped.  Meals every 2 or 3 hours and the 6 meal should be 90 min before hitting the sac, in order to rest properly.Remember you burn calories when you sleep so SLEEP at least 8 hours. Turn of the TV at night and the computer and sleep.
