There is no such thing as a free meal!


Free meal on Sundays!
You need to rest and fuel yourself for the week ahead. Take Sundays off no work out just have fun; do a sport perhaps or simply just rest. Also by refueling your self since we are not robots and have a life, go out and have your cheat meal of the week of course not a cheat day but cheat for one meal. When you do this you will enjoy your self have some extra carbs and perhaps a little bit of guilt take advantage of this for the next week’s workouts. Do this, it seriously helps you keeping a good way of eating. And good luck for next weeks WODs it is gonna be tough.
