muscle but try only to consume the carbs you need. This will depend on your
height, weight goal and activity. Guys don’t go only on bread, Simple carbs are
transformed in to Insulin faster than complex carbs, and unused insulin is turn
into fat. Fat does not produce fat. Good fat is good for you in the right
amount, this good fat is definitely not saturated fat or trasn fat it is unsaturated
fats. Consume fat in Omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil) do not mistake this for
omega 6 this you will consume it on meat. Omega 3 makes you healthier!
