Warm ups
3 rounds
Jumping jacks 30 sec
Squats 30 sec
Plank 45 sec

WOD
If this is the first time you do a tabata keep in mind going all out every on every 20 sec.
Tabata is 20 sec work and 10 sec rest for 8 sets. After each 8 set rest a min and start with the next exercise.

Tabata jumping squats
Tabata spider man pushups
Tabata burpees
Bonus round tabata sit-ups
