Warm up
3 rounds
Jumping jacks 30 sec
Mountain Climbers 30 sec
Knee raises 30 sec
Oblique mountain climbers 30 sec

WOD
3 rounds for time, on every minute hold the position for 15 sec.
30 Push-ups / holding position: plank
40 Sit-ups / holding position: middle of the sit up abs tight
50 Squats / holding position: squat hold legs parallel to the floor
